Refund / Cancellation

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to an administration fee whether the order has been shipped or not. If an order has been shipped, the customer will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

If the order is lost or undelivered to the shipping location, refund will be issued for the complete order amount including any shipping charges. If part of the order is cancelled by the customer, shipping charges will not be refunded. If an order delivered is returned by the customer, original shipping charges will not be refunded.​
